• Design of welding procedures WPS  for different kinds of material, thickness & position in different   welding process according to (AWS)and perform the PQR.

• Providing qualified welders  ( SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW) for piping networks, pipelines, pressure vessels,  storage tanks and steel structures.

    - Providing qualified Automatc welders with certificates

    - Providing welding machines and accessories with welders and operatorsas below:

            -  Automatic welding machines Lincolin piper BUG 

            -  Semi automatic welding  machines (STT)and its accessories with qualifiesd welders.

            - manual welding machines (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW)

• Providing welding and fabrication tools (mechanical Cold) cutting and beveling machines internal and external clamps, bending machines , welding inspection kits)

• supervision on welding and fabrication activities by Qualified TWI CSWIP 3.2&3.1 and ASNT .

• Welding activities during construction of chemical & petrochemical plant in multi process (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW).

• Test of filler metal according to  ASME ,EN,AWS,ISO

• Welding Machine Calibration according to (ISO 17662)

• Quality Assurance of Welding shop with EN 729 , ISO 3834

• Supervising and controlling of Welding Incoming Material with ASME section II

• Welding Coordination with EN 719
